You will love it if you’ve never played a Mario Party game before.
With Mario Party: Island Tour on Nintendo 3DS, you can take the party on the road! Play against your friends and family in the all-new, ultimate Mario Party, a portable minigame extravaganza with endless gaming options. They eventually make it to the top and fight Bowser. Inside, they compete in a variety of minigames against effervescent clones of themselves. As a result, Bowser constructs a tower filled with obstacles for Mario and his friends to overcome. Bowser emerges shortly after, boosting the player’s character and the green Toad out of the tower, inviting them to fight him at any moment, and promising that he will not be defeated. After beating Bowser in Bowser’s Sky Scuffle, the player’s character overcomes the Mario bubble clones defending the bubble machine, then uses a ground pound to smash the bubble machine. The player’s chosen character and a green Toad climb the tower, defeating bubble clones and monsters along the way. He also uses evil magic to turn the bubbles into gang clones to protect the tower. Bowser proceeds to bubble up all of the joy from the Party Islands. So he constructs Bowser’s Tower and invites anybody to his wicked party. He is envious because Mario and his friends were invited, but he wasn’t.
While Mario and his pals are having fun and playing games, Bowser arrives. The gang then rejoices, but the letter engulfs them in bubbles, carrying them through the skies to the Party Islands. For the other 2 games, pressing end while his name flashes does absolutely nothing. The same issue occurs on Mario Party: Star Rush and Mario Kart 7, although in Mario Kart 7, if I press Start when his name is flashing, it goes to a loading menu and gets stuck (while my cousin's end still says No software found). The issue in hand can be seen in this video. I have dumped System Archives, the "title" folder from my NAND, my config savegame, enabled DLP LLE via "View > Debugging > Toggle LLE Modules" (and so has my cousin). However, when I tried to use Download Play LLE it does not work: for me my cousin's username will keep flashing and then disappear while for him "No software found" will appear on the Download Play app. for Nintendo 3DS and Mario Party: The Top 100. I have been able to get Local Multiplayer to work for games like Super Smash Bros. To be able to connect to the same room in Citra, we use a VLAN software (Hamachi). I am trying to play Mario Party: Island Tour with my cousin using Download Play LLE.
